I personally love to travel in "Comfort" since I live in Australia, all my trips are over 24hrs flight. But what I also love to consider is the fact that I will be sitting down for +14 hrs where my blood circulation will be at it's lowest rate. Some of you don't really put that into consideration, but it is as important as the meal you get on the plane.
I understand that you can have a walk up and down the aisle every 2 hours or so, But your clothes play a major factor here. If you are wearing tight skinny jeans swap them for a pair of tights "Please wear something long enough to cover the junk in the trunk "Tights are NOT pants"". If you are going to wear Heels/Ballerinas/Boots/Sneakers, Always have a pair of socks that you can sit through the whole flight in, this give your feet a chance to breathe and reduce the swelling that your body experiences due to the air pressure.
MOISTURIZE!!.. Always keep a small tub or a tube on you during all your flights. Your body goes into dehydration mode more than you can ever imagine and your face is what needs it the most. And of course the good old remedy, "Water" drink lots and lots of water.
